eAuctionsThe SWCoE is supporting a programme of collaborative e-auctions for various commodities. Each auction is being lead by an individual local authority and other authorities are encouraged to take part to realise increased efficiency savings through collaboration.
Contract and Opportunities PortalSeveral Authorities in the South West have set up their own web-based Contract Management Systems that include Contract Registers, Opportunity Registers, Contract Management Systems. Access them here.
Contract DatabasesThe OGC and RCE Contracts Databases as well as the PASA eCatalogues Database detail information on contracts and frameworks open for local authorities to buy into. These are updated periodically highlighting updates and new deals, giving authorities the opportunity to access existing deals rather than going through the full procurement process.
