Phase 1 of this project has delivered an online database for cost and performance comparisons of construction projects, and a Performance Improvement Network of local authorities working together to identify efficiency and good practice opportunities. This is a subscription-based service operated in partnership with Building Software Ltd http://www.building-software.com/

We are developing a Whole Life Value Module under Phase 2 of the project (due for completion April 2008).
