COPROP SW Accreditation Project Developed in the Southwest and endorsed nationally by COPROP, this arrangement with Exor is designed to promote consistency and deliver efficiency savings in the accreditation of contractors and consultants for property services.

COPROP SW Cost and Performance Management - Phases 1 & 2 Phase 1 of this project has delivered an online database for cost and performance comparisons of construction projects, and a Performance Improvement Network of local authorities working together to identify efficiency and good practice opportunities. Phase 2 is addressing issues of Whole Life Value.

Construction Case Studies A selection of construction related case studies have been produced providing local authorities innovative good practice ideas and solutions to a variety of issues within the construction workstream area.

Wherever appropriate, we are working with Constructing Excellence and parallel programmes of work in other regions to share information and opportunities for broader collaboration.
