Project Objectives and Scope
To consolidate Peninsula commissioning and extend its application including sharing with regional colleagues. Key elements are:
- Development of Systems to support operation & evaluation of the Tendering process
- Training of champions with individual authorities for in-house implementation, training, support and troubleshooting
- Developing policy & processes for Outcome monitoring, informing and influencing the market and long term process sustainability
Project Status
A project board has been established and an administrator has been appointed. Initial thoughts on the support systems are being discussed with Torbay.
Project Output
A report on placement stability is anticipated in November
