Project Objectives and Scope
To tender SEN residential placements from the participating authorities and to produce and implement strategic procurement plans. These are likely to involve partnerships, framework agreements and maybe block contracts as well as in-house developments.
Project Status
A project board has been established. A Project manager is in post. The scope, deliverables and milestones are being finalised for the PID. Regular project meetings are now taking place and a draft procurement plan is being discussed.
