Project Objectives and Scope
To achieve better outcomes for Children & Young People and to deliver efficiency savings by collaborating with partners at local & regional level and piloting joint authority out of authority services for children with one or more service providers. Currently this includes a number of sub-regional projects with more being planned.
Project Status
One project is complete and yielding cashable savings whilst others are in progress or being scoped.
Project Output
Cashable benefits of £710k to date. Demonstrable success with an innovative placement process that can be copied in whole or part.
