Project Objectives and Scope
The objective of the project was to complete preparation activity for the three Children’s Services projects supported by the SWCoE prior to them being signed-off the SWCoE Management Board. The Board required the following further analysis:
- Estimate of potential benefit to LAs
- Top-level revenue analysis of different type of placements being performed
- Outline of the future demand and supply strategies and the influence that they will have on the market
