Benefits, A new way of working
Redesigning its benefits processes has enabled Torridge District Council to halve the number of days it takes to process a new claim, or a ‘Change of Circumstances’ (CoC). The customer is now at the centre of the benefits system, allowing for increased customer satisfaction and a more effective use of resources.
