This course focuses on how to win hearts and minds during organisational change.

It looks at change from the perspective of participants, advocates, change leaders and change agents, whilst also introducing tools that can be used to manage people through a change process.

The course explores the concepts surrounding how people respond to change. It is aimed at people who will be responsible for leading or managing a change process, although people who find themselves experiencing change as participants will find it equally relevant.
