On-site venues:
We also offer this course as a council specific, on-site business transformation skills courses. The costs, structure, numbers and format of the on-site courses (e.g. numbers limited to 12-15 per day) will mirror the public courses, with the key difference that wherever possible the on-site courses will be tailored to meet the requirements of the council-specific project.
There is a need for a fair and transparent prioritisation mechanism in anticipation of large demand – see our on-site section for further details on prioritisation details and how to apply.
What is it?
Many local government change projects have common objectives and a vision of transforming services in line with customer needs. This requires a consistent management of diverse change projects to achieve shared visions across different initiatives and ensure interdependencies are managed as part of an overall programme. MSP is the de facto standard developed by the UK government for delivering change programmes in the UK.
