- Elected members e-learning - Learning Pool has developed an e-learning portal -www.moderncouncillor.com - especially for local government elected members.
- Member Champions - Providing guidance and advice for Member Champions to help Councillors to connect their community to their Council.
- Member Development Toolkit - South West LGA and South West Employers have produced a suite of documents which outline the support available for new and experienced elected members.
- Scrutiny Leaflet -North Somerset has now produced a Scrutiny Pocket Guide which looks at a councillor's role in scrutiny, how scrutiny works and what it reviews, as well as covering the 4 principles of scrutiny
- Improvement Case Studies - A selection of Improvement related case studies have been produced providing local authorities innovative good practice ideas and solutions to a variety of issues within this workstream area.
