• Cost & Performance Management – Project Database and Performance Improvement Network - An online subscription-based service which collects and compares data on capital projects during the design phase, at tender, and following completion. Subscribers come together in regular network meetings to share good practice and to identify opportunities for efficiency savings. This project is run in partnership with Building Software Ltd.

• Cost & Performance Management – Whole Life Cost and Whole Life Value - The Cost & Performance Management Database now includes a Whole Life Cost module. Work is progressing during 2008/09 to extend this to incorporate Whole Life Value. Further details will be published on this website in due course.
  
• South West Consultancy Framework (SWCF) - Procured under the auspices of the SW RIEP, this Framework enables public bodies across the region to access consultancy support for construction projects or programmes of work (NB you will need to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Torbay Council, the host authority).
  
• Accreditation Services - A free-to-user accreditation service for contractors and consultants to improve the quality and reliability of accreditation whilst avoiding the cost of managing standing lists. The service is managed by Exor Group, and has been endorsed nationally by COPROP.
