Tony Gale supports the Construction & Asset Management Programme on a consultancy basis. One of his key roles is the national coordination of Asset Management Activity across the RIEPs.
Tony worked in local government for the greater part of his career, with over 25 years’ experience in property services. He now runs a consultancy company (Beaufort West Associates Ltd) specialising in property performance management
Tony has been active for some years in promoting co-operation between local authorities within the property services community. He set up, and still chairs, the National Property Performance Management Initiative (NaPPMI) and continues to play an important part in organisations such as COPROP and the National Best Value Benchmarking Service.
Tony has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Warwick and a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
