Helen Elliott joined SW RIEP in January 2009 as Programme Manager for Waste. Her background is predominantly in the public sector, having worked for the Environment Agency, Surrey Police and has more recently supported Cambridgeshire County Council in the closure of their Waste PFI project.
Helen’s expertise includes waste management particularly contract and operations management. She also has significant experience in environmental projects including a European project on flood risk management.
Helen has a BSc in Environmental Sciences from Southampton University, is a qualified project manager and holds PRINCE 2 foundation accreditation.
Helen lives with her family in Devon.
