John Lees - Programme Manager, Childrens Services

John Lees joined the South West Centre of Excellence as a Programme Manager in January from the private sector.

His previous career has been in the Chemical Industry where he had long experience of a wide variety of projects, both as project manager and as programme manager . He has focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness as well as customer service.

In his most recent role as a Works Manager he achieved improvements in quality and delivery to customers while reducing costs and improving reliability.

John moved to the South West in 2001 and lives in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. He is a Chartered Engineer.
