Consultation timescales:
Friday 4th January 2008 - release of first draft version 1.73
Thursday 17th January 2088 - release of draft version 1.81 for review at the SW LGA Executive Meeting on the 25th January.
Friday 1st February 2008 - release of final draft version 2.0 to CLG/LGA for comment.
Week commencing 3rd March 2008 - release of final version 3.0 to the Minister
