About Us

The job of the SW RIEP partnership is to support local authorities deliver efficiency savings and improve their ability to deliver services to their citizens.

The partnership has five key roles:

1. To act as first point of contact for Local Authorities
2. To co-ordinate and analyse regional performance data
3. To provide support, and bring to bear resources
4. To develop opportunities for shared working across LAs and wider public sector
5. To co-ordinate support to ensure that efforts of individual organisations support the needs of the region

The partnership also provides grant funding and expertise at a regional and sub regional level.

In order to minimise duplication, the partnership co-ordinates its activities with a number of other change agents and associations in the South West including 4ps, OGC, CoPROP, SWEGG, NEPP, ADASS, and SWRDA, to name a few.
