- Development of Countywide Strategic Housing Services for Somerset £85,000.This bid is to cover the development stage (phase one) of the proposal to merge existing services into a countywide strategic housing service, and thus enable the recommendations of the Peer review undertaken by the IDeA in 2008 to be implemented. - Gypsy and Travellers Site Allocation Development Plan Document £14,000. The outcome of this work would be that a statutory gypsy and traveller site allocation DPD will be in place.This will be used for assessing planning applications and as a bidding document for funding for bringing forward sites identified. - NNDR Shared Service £9,990.The project will look at all areas of business activity, to establish a shared services model for National Non Domestic Rates for Banes and Bristol that will be commercially competent and politically acceptable to both authorities. The activities will include IT systems and support, valuation, billing, recovery, cashiering, the customer interface, resources and financial profiles and accommodation.
