Lessons for SWFRS from the 2008 LAA round

The project involves a survey of SW LSPs, SWFRSs and some FRS outside the region to identify good practice and areas of success.This would build on CLG’s toolkit of good practice but with a specific focus on the SW. The findings of the survey will be used to:

• develop and implement astrategy to improve engagement in the future,
• a series of facilitated workshops between SWFRS and main partners in their LSPs to discuss the findings of the survey and develop actions plans to embed best practice,
• Identify data needs to provide evidence of the contribution that FRSs can bring to delivering priority outcomes for SW LSPs to be fed into the benchmarking project;
• Develop a regional stakeholder analysis.
