Procurement and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment Outline Business Case

Commissioning specialist consultants to undertake a review of the options for the provision and maintenance of fleet and operational equipment on a regional or sub-regional basis. The outline business case would for each FRS or group of FRSs identify the regional and sub-regional options for each SWFRS to consider together with the drivers, costs, potential benefits, and analyse the risks of each option from a political, HR, financial and operational perspective.
