South West Waste Officers Network Event - 25th June 2008

Building on the success of the inaugral meeting of the SWWON in December, the second meeting will be held on the 25th June. The meeting will outline the progress towards partnership working being made by authorities from across the region, give an update on the work of the LIFT SW Waste Services Programme and describe the work that is planned in the next phase.There will also be presentations regarding Schedule 2 Waste and work that has been done to quantify the scale of the problem and Health and Safety issues and vehicle options for kerbside sort recycling collections.
