This Innovation in Commissioning Workshop and Demonstration event on 1st May will be an interesting and exciting opportunity to hear about recent research and innovative commissioning approaches being developed in the SW region. The morning and afternoon sessions have clear themes - in the morning the focus is on financial aspects of care planning and in the afternoon we will look at approaches to outcomes based commissioning.
The programme has intentionally been created to engender an informal event, indeed at lunchtime there will be a number of "market stalls" where you can discuss new initiatives, tools and ideas as well as chat to colleagues. We hope you will be able to attend.
