Are you thinking about setting up some sort of Public-Private partnership or venture?
Have you thought about what is involved and what the procurement process might look like?
Would you benefit from talking to someone who has gone through the process recently enough to offer relevant experience?
Come and meet a small group of Senior Managers from South West One team – the joint venture between Somerset County Council, Taunton Deane Borough Council, Avon and Somerset Constabulary and IBM.
Roger Kershaw, Director of Resources Somerset County Council is hosting a half-day action learning event for up to 10 executives who want to hear more about the procurement exercise, understand the overall process, and have an open and candid discussion about the highs and lows, do differently, warts and all!
