EC Procurement Update and Case Law Seminar 17 March 2009

Complex and changing European procurement legislation provides a form of ‘EU space’, within which public procurement must work. Keeping up to date with the changes allows you to keep within these boundaries. Over the past six months there have been several court cases that have changed the way we look at the legislation. This half-day course covers the key issues in the new court cases as well as the effect of changes to the UK Regulations and the implications of the new Remedies Directive, which will come into force in the UK at the end of 2009.

This course is for procurement professionals and advisors who have knowledge of the rules, and who wish to keep abreast of changes.
