The South West Improvement & Efficiency Partnership helps councils and their partners to deliver better services, set through local area agreements (LAAs), by supporting them in their efforts to become more efficient, innovative and engaged with citizens.

Officer support is provided by the South West Secretariat, which also support for the work of three other Member-led organisations: the Strategic Leaders' Board; South West Councils and South West Employers.
